The license tag is wrong. Nestopia is under GPL-2.0-or-later, not -only.

While not a requirement, I would suggest changing the boilerplate license header text ("same license as for the pristine package itself") to a proper GPL header.

I generally wanted to propose to remove this project from Emulators. This is not a port, it is a soulless curve of the breed, which has little in common with the original nestopia. They also used the scaler hq2x to implement crookedly. With the existence of fceux and mednafen, it is not needed by anyone. My opinion, this shame should generally be removed from the Emulators, and not take it to the Factory.

It may not have the same accuracy or advanced features like fceux or mednafen but nestopia(ue) is still popular. If users are not satisfied with this program they can switch to another emulator but at least they have a choice.
