Why did you drop "%defattr(-,root,root)"
It is causing a lot RPM lint complaints.
This must happened when I checked it in using osc (and the spec-cleaner task).
But the only distribution where RPMlint complains is SLE_12_SP3, it is ok for newer ones like 42.3, 15.0 and Factory.
I see using %defattr is still in the style guide, but some packages are dropping it. If we drop it, I'd like to see it noted in the changes file.
