Overview
I don't think the dictionary conversion is a good idea at all. For instance the filetriggerpostun is missing completely and even after uninstallation of webengine, they'll remain wasting disk space forever.
Feel free to prepare packages of the dictionaries in bdic format. I won't get in your way.
Or just implement %filetriggerpostun and %postun?
Well, this SR has nothing to do with dictionaries, though. Feel free to put it there in a subsequent SR.
