The symbols provided here are a bit weird - but in any case, zypp-plugin-python is not part of the provided symbols, which in turn causes
can't install snapper-zypp-plugin-0.5.2-3.5.noarch: nothing provides zypp-plugin-python needed by snapper-zypp-plugin-0.5.2-3.5.noarch
This needs work, for the upgrade path - the Provides/Obsoletes are not correct for the py2 variant
