+ Add pkgconfig(enchant), pkgconfig(gtk+-3.0), pkgconfig(cairo),
pkgconfig(gail-3.0), pkgconfig(iso-codes),
pkgconfig(libsoup-2.4).
- Drop xz BuildRequires: xz has been implicit for a long time
already.
