cpan2spec(?) now messes up Summary lines.. SQL -> Sql
It's using some 'make title capitalization' funtion, which indeed mistreats some. But most summaries are improved by this, so I don't mind random 'regressions' in random modules - it's still perfectly understandable
It does not always seem to use it (which is a good thing). Perhaps it should only modify the first character, not every word. Though even that is sometimes questionable (rpmlint makes the same mistake), like when there is a proper noun (Eigenname) at the front.
