calcurse: new package for Factory

Calcurse is a text-based calendar and scheduling application. It helps keep
track of events, appointments and everyday tasks. According to NEWS, the
version 1.0 has been released in 2005, upstream seems to be active in releasing
new versions since then. I used this package for while, moreover, it has been
in Contrib since February 2009. I'm not aware of any security issues.

The purpose for having it in distribution is a fact that it may serve as a
minimalistic CLI alternative to resource-demanding graphical calendar
applications.

It is released under BSD License.
