This shouldn't use multibuild. In a package with multiple specs, they are automatically built separately in Factory -- you can do that manually if you link the package to "python-zope.location-doc". Multibuild would cause it to be built four times in total. Please remove it.
why splitting into a separate -doc subspec? for most other python pckages we're just using a regualar sub package.
Sometimes it is useful to have the test runner in a separate spec, due to build cycles. So we put it along with docs -- which can also cause loops because Sphinx dependency is rather heavy. Not sure if that is the case here, but it's a valid approach.
