Overview
So this package should then provide/obsolete the package system-group-trusted (that was created by system-users so far) - and system-users should stop producing it.
Providing and obsoleting of the package system-group-trusted is not necessary, this works perfectly together. The final solution will come, after the future of group trusted is decided (bsc#1044922). This needs more changes than. Currently, this is only a workaround to get installation running again for the time beeing.
The changes to system-users will come now.
