This update fixes the long-standing build failure of kinput2.
- Implement shared library guideline
- Condense description to present the main idea
- Rename development subpackages to *-devel
- Removed %{?_smp_mflags} from the make command to fix a build
failure on the s390x architecture.
- add Requires: fcwnndev to fkwnndev and fwnn-devel,
or the header files of the later two would be
dangling symlinks
- add Requires: fkwnn/fwnn to fcwnn, or files in etc/FreeWnn
would be dangling symlinks
- add Requires: fcwnn to ftwnn, or files in etc/FreeWnn
would be dangling symlinks
- remove redundant Requires: fwnncom from fcwnn, ftwnn,
because they requires fcwnncom that has already required
fwnncom
- the dangling symlinks mentioned above can't be fixed
by fdupes simply

kinput2 in SLE is old, thus it works with the old version of fwnn. kinput2 on Leap is from TW, and this is broken with the old fwnn. We should update 00Meta for fwnn to follow TW.

Yes, kinput2 in openSUSE:Leap:00Meta/lookup.yml points to openSUSE:Factory. So fwnn should follow, too.
These are very old and I bet really no one uses. So the regression risk is very low :)
