I'm sorry, but after a second thought, I think the best solution is to remove the %ifpython3 clause and use:

%{python_expand PYTHONPATH=%{buildroot}%{python_sitelib} py.test-%{py_ver} -k "not test_verify_false_deprecated" }

which would run the check twice, one for python2 and then for python3. I tested it and it runs fine, so as soon as you submit that I'll approve it

Also, if you could mention in the changelog that you added a _service file, that would be perfect
