That's kind a weird version check - and matches all supported distros except SLE10/SLE11
What was the intention here?
do the negation of 0%{?suse_version} < 1221, which is the check used for "if still using init scripts", IIUC.
Those versions have been EOL many moons ago
the diff in .spec does not match the description in .changes at all = the .spec impacts anything > SLE11 (and openSUSE 12.2). not only SLE12SP2 as the .changelog indicates
