Tweaked upstreams patch, lower min gst version to 1.0.0 - note that this is totally untested.
Further, I suspect upstream chose 1.8.2 min version out of the blue, no reason why they should need to depend on such a new reason that I can think of, but this is up to you the maintainers to decide - leaving original sub in place. (sr#452716)
