babelworx declined review

Package declared GPL-2.0+ but contains multiple GPL-3.0+ files (thermal-monitor) as well as GPL-2.0 ("only") files - e.g. src/thd_rapl_interface.cpp. GPL-2.0 and GPL-3.0 are not compatible. The GPL-3.0 issue may possibly be avoided by using License: GPL-2.0+ and GPL-3.0+ (but that doesn't solve the GPL-2.0 issue) but only if the GPL-3.0 files are compiled into a binary component that doesn't interact with the GPL-2.0 component in a manner in which a derived work is created.

babelworks: AFAIK, the %license field is for the binary package.
thermal_monitor is not built by this spec file and does not end up in the RPM.
