Moving files via sshfs/fish/"shell link" to an unwritable target (or even chown failure) deletes source file even when the transfer was unsuccessful.

I could reproduce locally.

As much as I dislike doing it: self bumping to Factory, and please someone do a mr to 13.1_Update ASAP, as I cannot remember the required steps ATM (branch 13.1 Update? Then osc mr? Something like that?). Oh, and I checked a local build: the broken "shell link" feature is gone when compiled with '--disable-vfs-fish', so the "prevent-data-loss-fix" works as intended.
