and upstream decided not to fix it.

- add velvetbird buildconditional to consolidate and correct
arch dependencies (fixes build)

* Laughty is a system-wide desktop notifications daemon;
* LMP MTPSync, LMP subplugin for uploading music via MTP;
* Mellonetray provides a system tray area quark for SB2;
* Monocle Dil contains a MOBI subplugin for documents viewer;
* Scroblibre, a Submissions API 1.2-compliant scrobbler;
* Sysnotify, a notification backend using the libnotify D-Bus;
