There are a significant number of LGPL-2.1 files in the package and very few GPL-2.0 licensed files. Please recheck the package to see if the GPL-2.0 files (examples) can be relocated to a subpackage. By way of example, the Fedora spec file for the package does have various subpackage, most of which are LGPL-2.1 licensed (with one GPL-2.0 match)
