The reason I've created this is to unblock nushell 0.93 without patching it. Currently, it fails to build with

error: package nu v0.93.0 (/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/nushell-0.93.0) cannot be built because it requires rustc 1.77.2 or newer, while the currently active rustc version is 1.77.0
