- update kiwi schemaversion to 7.4

The .appx produced from home:dimstar:branches:filesystems:ceph/kiwi-images-wsl (openSUSE-Tumbleweed-20240415-WSL.x86_64-24106.51.1.0-Build51.1.appx) doesn't have an entry in "Digital Signatures" (in Windows) - could this change cause that to happen here if it's accepted into Virtualization:WSL/kiwi-images-wsl or is that just a side-effect from the branch project?

I guess it's rather that the branch is not fully setup for rsa signing.
