- SPARC build support for binutils

- Copy from SLE11 SP1. Compared to that add --as-needed by default
patch again.

- Update to binutils 2.20 snapshot.
* disable patches that no longer apply
* disable make check handling everywhere

- enable gold plugins, fix build on older distros.
