Request 1141023: Submit rofi-bluetooth

New package for managing bluetooth connections/devices through
the rofi interface, for tiling environments like sway, i3,
hyprland and others.

The problem with this version scheme is that it is not guaranteed to be increasing. i.e the git sha has no version relevance.

For reference: other distros seem to have adopted a date-format for the version: https://repology.org/project/rofi-bluetooth/versions

To get to the date format, you could just use %cd as the version format (or %cd.%h)

we have @TAG_OFFSET@ for just this, see for example librseq/_service how to use this

tag offset only works if you have a base tag. which is not the case here.

    <param name="versionformat">0~git%ct.%h</param>

would be my fallback.

you can just define the first commit to be the parent-tag
