Fix-boundingbox-parsing_part1.patch,
Fix-boundingbox-parsing_part2.patch,
Fix-boundingbox-parsing_part3.patch,
and Fix-boundingbox-parsing_part4.patch.
- Drop patch reproducible.patch, it does no longer apply and
messing around with the internals of a C++ filesystem library
does not seem to be the right approach.
wxPython should no longer be an argument to not accept this request. See https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1217886 and https://github.com/wxWidgets/Phoenix/pull/2497. Please fix wxPython instead of delaying newer packaged versions of Doxygen!
Patches are mentioned in the changelog. Or is the form (1,2,3,4) not okay?

I just submitted https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1135151 to fix wxPython with the fix linked above.
