You're right, it belongs to the font-package, but then this line should be removed from the main package. Can you make that correction? Then it's ready to be accepted. Thanks for spotting this.
Which line are you referring to that should be removed from the main package? If you are referring to: %reconfigure_fonts_scriptlets -c -n %{name}-fonts then such line is meant to be in the main package.
I mean the first: %reconfigure_fonts_prereq
