- Update default TW to nodejs21

Seems nodejs21 fails to build on i586; as the default version, it has to be suitable for all arches

Or at least quite unstable build: I've seen it failing in Factory and in the devel project - seems in this staging it passed.

It should work. If it fails at times, it could be related to some unit test. But it should be stable for purposes of building other things.

Making it default in Factory is to increase testing opportunities and get fixes sooner.

It needs more than that. Ideally, reproducible case. I see the failure in the jobhistory, but sadly no logs are available anymore.

This test in particular expects a failure to connect, but failure expects some specific response string.
