What's the purpose of this? The shebang is already #!/usr/bin/python3.

The purpose of this is to have the shebang #!/usr/bin/python3.11 instead of python3 to remove direct dependency on a link that could be changed when the system python changes. Related to this https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1212476
