As mlschroe doesn't react: Does this make packages ABI incompatible?
It does change the ABI for 32-bit architectures to match 64-bit ones. It's a no-op for 64-bit arches since we were already doing it there.
We only offer 32-bit Perl for 32-bit architectures in Tumbleweed, so the ABI change should be fine there.
