%prep -n kube-capacity-%{version} 
%setup -q -n kube-capacity-%{version}
%setup -q -T -D -a 1 -n kube-capacity-%{version}

Both of the %setup calls are necessary, as the source and the vendor tarball need to be extracted. Not sure if that can be done in a more elegant way.

I just noticed that the -n kube-capacity-%{version} in the %prep line can be dropped, that was somehow necessary during testing (as the package name is not the same as the tarball name).

And I noticed the summary is still too long, so a new SR will be on its way...
