I would also propose to switch to release versions with the next 0.36.1.

We started building on master with with https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/724722

We don't necessarily know if the next release version will be 0.36.1 or 0.37.0, so I'm fine with the package being 0.36.0+git.build_date.

I mean it as a change for when the next release comes out, be it 0.36.x or 0.37
