I took a look at the upstream changelog and it seems to have more entries?
That is one additional file for the s390x enablement for closing https://github.com/lcn2/calc/issues/63
What I meant is: why dont you use the whole changelog present at https://github.com/lcn2/calc/releases/tag/v2.14.2.0 ?
Because "the whole changelog" is explaining the code of the file cal/splitbits.cal and what the function splitbits is doing (required for the s390x enablement). That would be too long/too much for a changelog entry for this package.
