What is the proper way to make python-rpm-macros build only once?
%define pythons %{primary_python} does the trick but exclusively for openSUSE:Factory.

as this is not a python module, the entire use of python-rpm-macros seems very questionable.

the entire python-rpm-logic is tailored at building modules for all python flavors.

in this case, using python3-* which is always provided by the primary python interpreter flavored packages) is the best course of action
