Do you add this just as a rule to everything now? Is that measured to have any performance impact? The goal is not to have all system libraries built like that (it doubles the build time of the package) - but actually provide it for the packages where it makes sense (keep in mind that with benchmarking some libs had even been identified to perform worse with v3 than with baseline)
it was a leftover from last week, when I thought it was useful for all libs :) I'll disable it, thx
