Without these changes, error outputs are generated, e.g.
error: failed to open file /usr/lib64/lv2/amsynth.lv2/manifest.ttl (No such file or directory)

This is a suggestion/draft; I'm not entirely sure that more or all of the files from
https://github.com/amsynth/amsynth/tree/develop/data/amsynth.lv2 are necessary.

Many thanks. FWIW I preferred the previous sr where you had the additional sources listed as Sources, but this should be ok too.
Yes, actually I did too, but the problem with that was that all files are needed in https://github.com/amsynth/amsynth/tree/release-1.13.1/data/amsynth.lv2 and that would have been too many source entries in the spec file. I think it is easier this way.
