Thank you for the fix. 0.48.0 seems to be not released but got RC status only: https://openmw.org/en & https://pkgs.org/search/?q=openmw In order to package git snapshot _service approach should be used, please check for an example: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/games/ioquake3 The version should be 0.47.0+git.2023MMDD where MMDD is the snapshot date.
the problem is, that they seemingly started working on 0.49 five months ago (https://gitlab.com/OpenMW/openmw/-/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md) are you sure that 0.48 will ever be tagged in git?
Of course I amn't sure in anything :) Try to ask at https://forum.openmw.org/viewtopic.php?p=72947 or at any relevant place.
Or grab the previous before https://gitlab.com/OpenMW/openmw/-/commit/bfd3ece81865c7188e8d13d70a8c546f6c1755f6 commit and set version to 0.48.0~RC. Also note git describe output at the changes.

DarkSS: currently working on it (https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:sp1rit/openmw) it needs c++20. Whats the best way to force the use of a newer gcc version on leap?
