I thought SLE12 SPx was not a thing anymore. SLE12 SP5 is not even mentioned in https://www.suse.com/lifecycle/
I don't think it's necessary to have moonjit in particular available on SLE12 SP5 but it's useful to be able to run the common test frameworks at least which requires quite a few packages that should be watched for failures, and packages failing to build for stupid reasons add noise.
