Following on from @dimstar_suse's comments, here are the latest release notes from the publisher's website: https://eid.belgium.be/sites/default/files/software/RN518.pdf
I note that a version 5.1.4 is not actually listed, and that the latest version (overall for all OSs) appears to be 5.1.8. Nevertheless the source code tarball still says 5.1.4, but I'm not sure whether this is because the devs have neglected to release the latest source code.
EDIT: I can confirm that the latest version installed on my Ubuntu Kinetic (which has 'proper' packages provided on eid.belgium.be) is v5.1.4
