Where can you see that it will build in SLE-15-SP5? I can only see Factory and SLE_15 in repo network. And SLE_15 in repo network does not build.

The above link and repo shows: This package is inherited from the project openSUSE:Factory. You url and repo use Factory. Not Leap 15.5 or SLE-15-SP5. But you will it bring in 15.5. Not in factory. I muss see that the package will build in 15.5. After that i will accepted.
No, it's not. The link shows the SOURCE of package is inherited from openSUSE:Factory, BUT the build-repo in that project has point to openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP5/standard - https://build.opensuse.org/projects/openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP5:FactoryCandidates/meta , since CtLG, most of Leap package is maintained in Backports project, not in Leap project, see https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_for_Leap , the repo uses openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP5 is correct. I don't get why do you must to see Leap 15.5 or SLE-15-SP5 repo to be listed, we don't need Leap 15.5 repo here because most of packages are maintained in Backports project unless branding/KMP/patterns related. SLE-15-SP5 repo wasn't list here is also correct, we are developing the next Leap, not the next SLE15, SLE15 has way less package set compared to Leap15, therefore sees unresolvable state when building on SLE15 has nothing wrong, that doesn't mean it will be fail on Backports project, again, most of Leap packages are maintained in Backports project. Apart from that, we do test this package in staging project as well, as you can see at the history - Being evaluated by staging project "openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP5:Staging:adi:1", ie. rebuild this package in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP5:Staging:adi:1/nextcloud-desktop
