Liquorix maintainer hasn't released 5.18 yet, so it's still on 5.17, I will update to 5.18 once it releases!

So, out of curiousity - is there a method here to build nvidia drivers to your kernel?
You can simply use 'NVIDIA the hard way' on openSUSE wiki, or steps below
Here are steps for NVIDIA open driver, but I couldn't test since I can't access my NVIDIA laptop rn:
Install https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11:Drivers:Video:Redesign/kernel-firmware-nvidia-gsp-G06 , https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:hwsnemo:kernels:kmp:lqx/nvidia-open-driver-G06-signed
zypper addrepo -p 99 https://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/tumbleweed/ nvidia
zypper in nvidia-video-G06 nvidia-gl-G06 nvidia-compute-G06
Add this to /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf (or make a new file)
options nvidia NVreg_OpenRmEnableUnsupportedGpus=1
blacklist nouveau
Finally, Generate a new initramfs with dracut -f and reboot!
dracut -f
