Github actions updates this project with the latest push to the dev branch:

The associated download repository will be updated every time a pull request is merged to the dev branch and provides packages through continuous integration. The GEOPM OBS project also supports builds of the dasbus version 1.6 package which is required by the GEOPM Service.
