Recommended update for rsyslog
This update for rsyslog fixes the following issues:
- remove references to obsolete SYSLOG_REQUIRES_NETWORK variable in remote.conf (bsc#1101642)
- ship the missed out "rsyslog-module-gtls" sub-package (bsc#1119429)
