Because mingw32-cross-pkg-config has been removed, mingw32-kmymoney and other packages are complaining, that there is no mingw32-cross-pkg-config package available. To fix this issue, a _multibuild file is required in this package with flavor mingw32-pkgconf and mingw32-cross-pkgconf. Please add.
Another issue that this package does not provide mingw32-pkg-config, which is requested by packages and was provided in the former package :-(
In the cross package there is a symlink providing mingw32-cross-pkg-config, which may be used in client packages. This is also required for mingw32-pkg-config.exe
with last change pkg-config.exe is excluded from packaging.
