CMPI-based CIM provider implementing DMTF SVPC model
Libvirt-cim is a CMPI CIM provider that implements the DMTF SVPC
virtualization model. The goal is to support most of the features
exported by libvirt itself, enabling management of multiple platforms
with a single provider.

Merge with Factory .changes: - remove disabled shell code from specfile to fix rpmlint warning - use macro for restart on update - buildrequire xen-devel only on x86 - patch license to follow spdx.org standard - add libtool as buildrequire to avoid implicit dependency
