GStreamer Streaming-Media Framework Plug-Ins

Edit Package gstreamer-plugins-ugly

This package is based on the package 'gstreamer-0_10-plugins-ugly' from project 'openSUSE:Factory'.

GStreamer is a streaming media framework based on graphs of filters
that operate on media data. Applications using this library can do
anything media-related, from real-time sound processing to playing
videos. Its plug-in-based architecture means that new data types or
processing capabilities can be added simply by installing newplug-ins.

- Modernize spec-file by calling spec-cleaner

- Run over with spec-cleaner
- Remove conditions around package definition, this makes
source_validator happy as orig-addons are not built in openSUSE
yet they are mentioned in baselibs.conf

- Move pkgconfig(libmpeg2) BuildRequires and resulting plugin out
of conditional build, since it is now available in openSUSE.
