A Stream-Oriented Non-Interactive Text Editor
Sed takes text input, performs one or more operations on it, and
outputs the modified text. Sed is typically used for extracting parts
of a file using pattern matching or for substituting multiple
occurrences of a string within a file.

jsc#PED-6602 - Build with "--with-included-regex" to use gnulib's regex implementation. This avoids a bug in glibc's regex which causes test failures. Dropped patches: - sed-tests-build-fix.patch (upstreamed) - sed-dont_close_twice.patch (upstreamed)
