Update pipewire to 1.0.5+git36.60deeb2 (jsc#PED-6566) and fix packaging
of jack plugin (boo#1222253)

Note that this adds a new package pipewire-spa-plugins-0_2-jack which should be released just in PackageHub (not in any SLE product), this also means that pipewire-libjack-0_3 should not be released anymore in any SLE product but this should happen automatically if I'm not wrong
