- Cater for old and new ways of configuring bluetooth on RPi. Users of 'hciattach' expect the firmware in '/lib/firmware' while users of the serdev configured bluetooth setups will expect it in '/lib/firmware/brcm' (bsc#1177189). - use %_firmwaredir
