Represent and manage a libvirt hypervisor connection
The Sys::Virt module provides a Perl XS binding to the libvirt virtual
machine management APIs. This allows machines running within arbitrary
virtualization containers to be managed with a consistent API.

Updated perl bindings for libvirt 10.3.0. No new APIs were added in the libvirt 10.3.0 dev cycle, so no 10.3.0 release of the perl bindings. - Update to 10.2.0 - Add all new APIs and constants in libvirt 10.2.0
