MPC multiple-precision complex shared library
MPC is a C library for the arithmetic of complex numbers with
arbitrarily high precision and correct rounding of the result. It is
built upon and follows the same principles as MPFR.

- Update to version 1.2.0. The release features the new functions mpc_sum and mpc_dot and several bug fixes, in particular to make functions more robust if the user reduces the exponent range. It also contains the tool mpcheck for easier comparison with computations by the C library on standard precision floating-point numbers.
