Revert to version 0.2.2 - The actual consumer of this package is VLC (out of Factory tree), but version 1.0.0 introduces too many regressiosn / issues / API breakages... as nothing else in Factory relies on libdvbpsi, I propose to revert to the last working version (there was a large gap in version numbers, so don't be shocked by 1.0.0 vs 0.2.2)
