Simple key-based configuration system
dconf is a low-level configuration system. Its main purpose is to
provide a backend to GSettings on platforms that don't already
have configuration storage systems.

- Add category X-GNOME-SystemSettings to dconf-editor.desktop so that gnome-control-center can recongnize and show it (bnc#866235). - Add dconf-use-g_settings_get_default_value.patch: Display correct default value when a custom database is in use (bnc#873225)
