Simple software installation management software
PackageKit is a system designed to make installing and updating
software on your computer easier. The primary design goal is to unify
all the software graphical tools used in different distributions, and
use some of the latest technology like PolicyKit to make the process
suck less.

- Drop py_requires from PackageKit: there are no python scripts in the main package. - Drop python-devel BuildRequires: we do not package the python packagend anyway. - Have post/postun script for PackageKit-gtk3-module post/postun only for suse_version < 1330: newer versions have file triggers to trigger schema compilation.
